公司成立于2000年，前身為宏祥粘膠公司，2004年投資逾600萬元人民幣成立于深圳市寶力科技有限公司，公司坐落在寶安大道和南光、龍大高速交匯處，占地面積12000多平方米，生產面積約5000平方米，是集研發、生產、銷售、服務于一體的高新技術企業。
公司建立并通過了符合國際慣例的IS09001：2008 版質量管理體系，ISO14001：2004環境管理體系，產品通過了UL、SGS認證，符合ROHS及鹵素要求。
公司主要生產應用于電子，電器及精密儀器工業領域的粘接，導熱、密封、灌封、披覆及作特殊用途的產品，達到國內同行業領先水平，有自己獨立的研發中心并和中科院進行廣泛合作，設有課題研發，同時也與國際化的大公司簽訂了長期的合作協議，并成為長期的綠色環保合作單位。
