在中國(guó)科學(xué)院物理研究所與蘇州國(guó)家高新區(qū)管委會(huì)的大力支持和協(xié)助下，經(jīng)過(guò)2006下半年的策劃和籌備，我們于2007年元月正式在蘇州注冊(cè)，創(chuàng)建了“中國(guó)科學(xué)院物理研究所蘇州技術(shù)研究院”，落戶在蘇州高新區(qū)科技城，并由陳東敏博士出任首任行政院長(zhǎng)。<br>研究院的目標(biāo)是建設(shè)一個(gè)高新技術(shù)研發(fā)和產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)化孵化平臺(tái)。我們改善中科院傳統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)化模式，提出孵化平臺(tái)的新理念：1）打破院所界限，結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外的先進(jìn)技術(shù)成果和人才，社會(huì)資源，注重高效益，高效率的孵化模式；2）開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)產(chǎn)品和建設(shè)團(tuán)隊(duì)并重，實(shí)現(xiàn)以知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)，產(chǎn)品技術(shù)，管理和技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)為一體的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)化；3）強(qiáng)調(diào)科學(xué)的激勵(lì)機(jī)制，充分保障知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)，技術(shù)和管理團(tuán)隊(duì)各方的利益分配；4）采用項(xiàng)目滾動(dòng)發(fā)展模式，實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。<br>introduction of suzhou institute of technology（sit）<br>suzhou institute of technology, cas, which is jointly founded by chinese academy of science（cas）and suzhou national new district park, was officially established in feburary, 2007. it’s located in suzhou science& technology town, a new r&d base within suzhou new district park。 dr.dongmin chen is appointed as dean of the institute.<br>we aim to build an incubator to allow new technology research and development and industrial transformation. by trying to improve the traditional industrialization mode of cas, we deem to bring out a new concept of incubator:<br>1、to eliminate the boundary among institutes, to combine the advanced techniques and talents, social resources, and to make the incubator working more efficiency and effective.<br>2、we would focus on both new technology research and development and team building, and to actualize the integrative industrial transformation, which might include intellectual property rights, product technology and high-level technical and management team.<br>3、we would also emphasis on the scientific inspiration mechanism; to sufficiently protect the intellectual property right and to gurantee the interest distribution among technical and management team.<br>4、to adapt the program ‘rolling development’ mode, and to realize the persistent development
